Lakeway Investors History
Lakeway Investors was started in Morristown, TN by a small group of like-minded investors who wanted to share ideas with each other about the best way to finance properties and about who were the best contractors to use for their rehab flips. They started inviting speakers from different trades to their meetings, as well as different bankers, mortgage brokers, Realtors, CPAs, etc. Over the years, Lakeway Investors has improved, adding more members, a formal Education Program, topical subgroups, workshops, Rehab Home Tours, and monthly general membership meetings. We also have added meetings in other areas in East Tennessee, in order to spread the reach of the group. We welcome Members and Corporate Sponsors who are interested in improving themselves and their financial status.
Much of what Lakeway Investors does is coordinated by volunteers – people who know that givers truly gain. You might consider volunteering yourself once you join us.
